The Project

Lusochimica has launched the Next Gen program, an ambitious training program designed to cultivate the next generation of talent within the company. This journey unfolds over three years, broken down into six-month increments where participants gain immersive experience across key departments, all under the expert guidance of dedicated mentors.

At the heart of the program is its progressive skill development:
First year:ย Focus on relational skills
Second year:ย Solid organizational capabilities
Third year:ย Development of crucial managerial skills

We believe in learning by doing. Our 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 offers hands-on experience that solidifies the transition from theory to practice, with a specific focus on crucial soft skills.

The Next Gen program is an intensiveย three-year journey, structured intoย six complete rotations.
During this period, participants have the unique opportunityย to immerse themselves in every departmentย of the company, gaining aย 360-degree understandingย of our operations, strategies, and values. The goal? To provide them with the tools and skills necessary to become theย futureย #leadersย who will guideย #Lusochimicaย to new heights.
