Mentor Change for Our Next Gen: A New Phase of Growth at Lusochimica!

We're thrilled to announce an important update for the fourth rotation of our #NextGen program!
Our talented Next Gen participants are about to embark on a new phase of their journey with the introduction of new #mentors. This change aims to offer fresh perspectives and even broader guidance, further enriching their learning experience.

We wish our Next Gen and their new mentors all the best in this exciting phase! We're confident that this evolution will contribute significantly to their professional and personal growth.

The Next Gen program is an intensive three-year journey, structured into six complete rotations.
During this period, participants have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in every department of the company, gaining a 360-degree understanding of our operations, strategies, and values. The goal? To provide them with the tools and skills necessary to become the future #leaders who will guide #Lusochimica to new heights.

Our #NextGen program colleagues recently gathered in #Pisa for an intense training session at the Lusochimica plant.

This meeting is part of their specialized #training path, entirely dedicated to developing and strengthening their #skills.
